The Minister for Economic Development, in consultation with the Minister of Economy and Finance has allocated 120 million euro for the period 2013-2015 to promote sustainable mobility.
Of the € 120 million allocated, €40 million relates to 2013, €35 relates to 2014 and €45 relates to 2015. In 2013 the fund will be divided into two further amounts: 4.5 million and 35.5 million. The first amount is reserved to private for purchasing vehicles with CO2 emissions not exceeding 95 g/km, the second amount is reserved to companies or for the use of third parties (including taxis, rental and professionals) for purchasing environmentally friendly vehicles with emissions no higher than 120 g/km.
The contribution granted to every new car will be 20% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of € 5,000 for cars emitting less than 50 g/km CO2, a maximum € 4,000 for cars emitting between 51 and 95 g/km CO2, a maximum of € 2,000 for cars emitting between 96 and 120 g/km of CO2.
Dealers can reserve contributions through the dedicated platform on the site www.bec.mise.gov.it
