In France, hydrogen and fuel cells are not among the technologies supported by the bill on Energy Transition. However, in the absence of political support, a private consortium has nevertheless adopted a national development plan involving, among others, the Ministry for Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy.
In Italy it prefigures a similar situation.
The Italian Initiative for Hydrogen Mobility starts from the bottom to deal with all the technical, financial and regulatory requirements in order to allow the development of an adequate network of hydrogen refueling infrastructure by 2025 (horizon indicated by Directive 2014/94 / EU).
